These passed few months I have been searching for information on autism and in the search became perplexed. I discovered that current information on autism, mostly on the internet does not give the viewer a clear picture of what autism really is. Autism is very complex, therefore I feel that information on autism both on the internet and on publications should provide information that does not offend autistics, that is cohesive and that does not discriminate.
I am just speaking from my own experience in researching autism.
I would like to learn about other people's experiences, what issues have you faced when researching information on autism?
